1.1 If goods are to be sent by our courier company, then Pro-forma customers must pay in advance of despatch of goods via our Website Payment Portal or Bank Transfer. Goods will only be released once payment is confirmed as cleared.
1.2 If goods are to be delivered by our company drivers then all invoices must be paid Cash On Delivery to the driver or Via our website Payment Portal or Bank Transfer. The driver shall only release the goods once payment is confirmed as cleared.
1.3 Customers with Credit Accounts have a maximum of 14 Days Credit per invoice unless otherwise agreed.
1.4 Customers Requesting Credit Terms must fill in the Credit Application form. Failure to keep within the Credit Terms Agreed will result in credit accounts being closed at the discretion of World Link Wholesale Ltd.
1.5 All new customers must first pay C.O.D (Website payment Portal or Bank Transfer) for three deliveries before Credit Accounts will be considered.
1.6 The amount of Credit offered is at the discretion of World Link Wholesale Ltd and can be reduced or taken away at anytime.
1.7 Credit Terms are 14 Days from date of invoice. Invoices must be paid within or before 14 days from date of invoice.
1.8 Any credit terms over 14 Days will be agreed by World Link Wholesale Ltd on case by case basis.
1.9 Overdue invoices will be charged at a rate 15.5% Interest APR and any legal costs incurred to recover the overdue amount will be paid by the customer.
2. Delivery via World Link Wholesale Ltd Vehicles
2.1 Minimum Order Value of £150 plus VAT for orders to be delivered by our own delivery vehicles.
2.2 We will aim to deliver within 5 working days of receiving the order. However, most orders will be delivered before this time. We will not Book in deliveries prior to arrival.
2.3 In areas where we have Scheduled delivery days, orders will only be delivered during these particular working days.
2.4 We will NOT provide delivery times and our recommended delivery hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Due to circumstances outside our control we may deliver outside these hours.
2.5 If the customer refuses delivery they will be charged £50.00 for delivery costs incurred.
2.6 World Link Wholesale Ltd will not be penalised or held Financial Responsible for any deliveries which delayed for any reason.
3. Delivery Via Couriers
3.1 Deliveries sent via Courier companies have a minimum order value or £150.00 plus VAT for free Delivery within UK Mainland. This doe NOT INCLUDE liquid products for example Detergents, Bleaches & Cleaning Products and Refuse Sacks.
3.2 Orders with products which include Detergents, Bleaches & Cleaning Products or Heavy Products must have a minimum delivery value of £750 plus VAT for free delivery within UK Mainland.
3.3 We will aim to deliver within 5 working days of receiving the order. However, most orders will be delivered before this time. We will not Book in deliveries prior to arrival.
3.4 We will NOT provide delivery times and our recommended delivery hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Due to circumstances outside our control we may deliver outside these hours.

4. Returns
4.1 We DO NOT offer products on a Sale of Return System. All goods are purchased are at the risk of the customer. We DO NOT take back expired or out of date stock.
4.2 Returned items will only be accepted at the discretion of World Link Wholesale Ltd.
4.3 Returned items must be in the original packaging as provided. Open items will not be accepted and items not in the quantities sold.
4.4 All items will be credited once returned to the Warehouse and inspected by World Link Wholesale Ltd as appropriate for re-sale.
4.5 Returned items which are deemed suitable for Credit will be Credited within 14 Days back to the customers account as a Credit Note which can be deducted from their next order.
